Agentic AI Engineer

You'll build the agent-first operating layer that takes people off the screens: agents that do the data-entry and the clicking, run beside the incumbent system, and turn into Company Memory the client owns. Coexistence, cutover, rollback — done right.

What you'll do

Build agentic workflows and tool-using LLM systems for enterprise clients.
Develop custom RAG pipelines and fine-tune models on proprietary data.
Own reliability, evaluation, and observability of agents in production.

What you bring

Strong Python and hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and orchestration.
A track record of shipping production AI/ML systems.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for measurable impact.

AI Strategy Consultant

You'll sit with clients to find where the leverage is — reading the evidence from an AI Opportunity Audit, plotting it on the AI Opportunity Radar, and shaping a board-ready portfolio. Part strategist, part translator between the business and the agents that will run it.

What you'll do

Run discovery with C-level stakeholders and map AI opportunities to business outcomes.
Author pragmatic, sequenced AI roadmaps with clear ROI hypotheses.
Partner with our engineers to pressure-test feasibility.

What you bring

5+ years in strategy / management consulting or enterprise AI delivery.
Fluency in modern AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, RAG) and their limits.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

AI Governance & Ethics Lead

You'll own the guardrails that make agentic operations safe to run in production: access control, audit logs, human-in-the-loop sign-off, and a privacy-by-design posture (no keystroke logging, no PII retention, EU-data-privacy-first). You're the reason Legal and Risk say yes.

What you'll do

Define governance frameworks, model risk controls, and audit trails.
Advise on EU AI Act, GDPR, and sector-specific obligations.
Embed ethics-by-design into delivery alongside strategy and engineering.

What you bring

Background in AI/data governance, risk, privacy, or legal-tech.
Working knowledge of the AI regulatory landscape.
Ability to translate policy into engineering-ready requirements.
